There\u2019s generally two types of people and therefore two types of cop.<\/p>\n
Good cop, bad cop.<\/p>\n
Good person, bad person.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m behind door number three though.<\/p>\n
Psycho cop.<\/span><\/p>\n That\u2019s what the papers are calling me anyways.<\/p>\n My commanding officer has some more colorful phrases, but my conviction rate is off the charts and criminals still sweat bullets when they hear my name mentioned.<\/p>\n After failing my annual psychiatric review and with a slew of civil cases against me and the department, I know I\u2019ve reached the end of a chapter.<\/p>\n Suspension at least but even a bad detective could tell you how this one really ends.<\/p>\n If I lose my career, my only cover for what I really<\/span> do to rid the world of evil scum, the only thing I can do to stop my own nightmares\u2026 then it\u2019ll only be a matter of time before I\u2019m caught myself.<\/p>\n Sharing a cage with all the animals I helped lock up? Not gonna happen.<\/p>\n But the Chief has another problem, more pressing.<\/p>\n I\u2019m not the only psycho still walking free today, and the city\u2019s most notorious and sadistic killer has just escaped custody.<\/p>\n It\u2019s another day at the office for me though and Johnny psycho is always gonna come knocking on a cop\u2019s door at some point after being released or escaping.<\/p>\n I mean, I get it. I\u2019d do the same. A favor for a favor.<\/p>\n Lock me up, I\u2019ll get out. And when I do, I\u2019ll find you and cut off your face then feed it to you.<\/p>\n But the Chief’s not worried about his own safety.<\/p>\n It\u2019s his daughter. The one I never even knew he had.<\/p>\n The most incredible girl I\u2019ve ever set eyes on, knowing in an instant that I want her.
